Talk of the town
Anna Wintour has stepped down as Vogue’s Editor-In-Chief after 37 years! But if you thought this was retirement for the head honcho, then you are wrong. One step at a time.
Denis Villeneuve (Dune, Blade Runner 2049) is set to direct the next James Bond movie for Amazon MGM Studio, who had recently purchased the Bond IP. Jeff Bezos got married to Lauren Sánchez in Venice. The Kardashians, Kushners, Trumps, Leo DiCaprio and Oprah made the guest list. But the main takeaways? The local Venetians were NOT happy, the wedding was preceded by a foam party (I thought univeristy freshmen left that in 2017?), and a Vogue cover for the bride (a day after Ms Wintour stepped down, looks like someone didn’t want to be associated with that).
Sabrina Carpenter, after facing backlash over her new album cover, has released an alternate cover for her upcoming album, Man’s Best Friend, which is “approved by God” lmao.
